100% virgin, food-grade and UV-stabilised LLDPE, HDPE or PP powder is weighed for the required capacity and layer construction, from 1 to 6 layers.
The powder is charged into the mould, which is closed and mounted on the arm of the rotomoulding machine.
The mould rotates on two axes inside the oven so the melting polymer coats every surface evenly, building a seamless one-piece wall.
The mould keeps rotating while it is cooled by air and water spray, so the product sets without warping or internal stress.
The finished product is removed, trimmed, fitted with lids, taps or fittings, and marked with the product code and capacity.
ISI-marked tanks are tested as per IS 12701:1996 in our in-house lab with a full-time lab technician. Every dispatch is quality-checked under ISO 9001:2015.
